We love our blinds!! Susan Levine spent a lot of time with us helping us to decide the best option for our windows. She showed us a variety of different blinds and explained the differences for sun and UV protection and blockage. Our windows look out at a lake and we were hoping to not lose the view completely with the blinds, even though we knew we needed them because of potential sun damage to our floors and furniture. We had a great experience with Bumble Bee. We had cheap blinds for years that kept breaking, so we decided to look into something more durable and nicer. Susan and Darilyn came to the house, took measurements, and showed us samples. The appointment was long, but I was able to decide on blinds for 2 bedrooms, kitchen, family room, and bathroom. Susan was able to show me different things and was very helpful throughout the process of deciding the best blinds for each room. Installation happened about 4 weeks after ordering. Darilyn showed up to make sure everything was to our liking during the installation. Overall, I felt like we were in excellent hands throughout the process, and everything was handled for us once we made our decisions. I was very happy with my experience, and we will be using them again in the future.

From the initial consultation in my home with Susan and Darilyn to the installation by Don, everything went smoothly and the blinds look great. Darilyn and Susan kept in touch prior to blinds delivery and installation, which was also great.
I was going to go with an online DIY company, but for the cost, it totally made sense to go with Bumble Bee—the quality was better, and the installation was spot-on.
