I had such a fun time brainstorming ideas and discussing different options with Betsy! We contacted Bumble Bee Blinds for a consultation for all the windows and French doors in our house. Jennifer came out for the 1st phase. She spent adequate time with us discussing options and even called the supplier on our behalf to confirm GREENGUARD certification. Then she made some valuable suggestions. Gus, the installer, came out to do the first wave of installation. Gus was very polite, professional, and efficient. He also asked us where we would like certain accessories placed. He communicated with us, when required, throughout the installation process. First phase was a success, and we love our window treatments and the experience.
So, we then decided to continue to work with Bumble Bee Blinds for the second wave. Betsy came out for this consultation. We are so grateful to Betsy, as she saved us from what we know would have been a costly mistake. She saw that we have some black interior windows and suggested we go with a darker color for the shades than the ones we had selected. And boy, that advice was spot on! The windows in that room look amazing!!!! She also made recommendations for the doors. Betsy also spent adequate time with us during the consultation. Gus also did the second wave install, and that experience was pretty much like the first. This time around, he had 2x as many shades to install, and boy, was he efficient!
All in all, we loved working with Bumble Bee Blinds, and we will certainly contact them again for the 3rd and final phase.
