Absolutely great customer service
Shamika with Bumblebee Blinds of Frisco is absolutely great at customer service!!! She even supports customers who did not purchase from her! Absolutely amazing.
We spent almost $6,500 two years ago with Larry, owner of Nextgen Multimedia. After the check was cashed, Larry ghosted us after the sale. We called a year after install to get service, but he never called us back. Now that same shade was totally broken. We couldn’t get Larry to send service, even after we said we would pay for it and after 6 attempts at calling him. So, I called Bumblebee Blinds of Frisco, out of desperation, to get the blind fixed. Shamika got us service within 24 hours of our initial call!!! And, again, we didn’t even purchase them from her!!!! Now that is excellent customer service for Universal Screens!!!!! Go to Shamika for any of your blind needs!!! She will take care of you even after the check is cashed!!! Now we know why Larry (owner and sales rep, Nextgen Multimedia) never ever gave us his last name!!! Thank you, Shamika!! Our next home remodel we will come to you!!

It’s also helpful that they offer so many products because it gave me so many window covering options (e.g., curtains, cornice, valance, blinds, etc.). The installer was on time, very friendly, and professional. And the outcome is stunning! Makes our rooms look designed and finished. I LOVE them. Thank you, Shemekia and team!
