Kelsey was truly exceptional to work with. She is incredibly professional and honestly one of the sweetest people we’ve met. We had about 35 shades installed throughout our home, including several very large windows and a number of motorized shades, and everything was installed perfectly. The motorized shades work flawlessly, and the overall quality of the installation was outstanding.
What really stood out was Kelsey’s professionalism and responsiveness. She is quick to respond to any questions or issues and makes sure everything is taken care of promptly. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her customers and the quality of her work.
We spoke with a few other installers before making a decision, but Kelsey stood out right from the beginning because of how friendly, knowledgeable, and professional she was. Choosing to go with her was absolutely the right decision.

Kelsey and her company Bumble Bee Blinds set the standards when it comes to service, product, pricing, and professionalism. Kelsey is very responsive and involved from the initial visit, measurement, and installation. She has a veteran/experienced installation team that will seek out potential installation issues, during measure, before the product is ordered so that on the day of installation there are no “uh oh” and “oopsie.” Not the rookie installation guys from the big box stores but guys that have been in this type of business for decades. They stand behind their work and shared a couple of installation tips as to why there won’t be any worries once they have finished. Amazing! My order of 13 motorized shades and 4 continuous loop shades arrived 1 week earlier than I expected, and Kelsey and her team called to schedule the installation immediately. The motorized shades operate smoothly and quietly. Just seamless and beautiful. I love my motorized shades so much that I am seriously considering changing the 4 continuous loop shades out for the motorized ones late fall 2026. Guess who I will be calling, lol. Just a little side note, I spoke with 5 other companies, and they were all close in some respects, but I would dare to nickname Bumble Bee Blinds the Chick-fil-A of shades, blinds, etc., and we all know that Chick-fil-A offers quality, respect, service at a fair price, and just darn good stuff! We had a great experience with Kelsey and her installation team. We purchased the faux wood blinds for our sunroom (too much sun in the afternoon!). The initial appointment took about 30 minutes and was low pressure. There was a wide variety of materials and price points. It took about three weeks for the blinds to arrive, and the installation was quick as well. The whole process from consult to payment to installation was super easy. The blinds look great.
