Really great experience
Great experience! I chatted with the designer over the phone so he had an idea of what I was looking for and could bring the right samples. There were options at different price points, which was great too. Quote was provided on the spot but not with any high-pressure sales tactics.
The shades arrived a week early (hooray!) and the installer was great - quick, cleaned up, and gave me a tutorial on what to do if the tension got out of whack.
Really great experience. I'll use them again if needed and highly recommend!
