I received a card from Bumble Bee Blinds through VShe alPack. From the first conversation with Cheryl, it felt like the right thing to do. She came to my home, and we spoke for a while to determine what I needed. She took measurements, and it worked. She helped me determine which color matched the ones I already had. Then I met Tony, and he was great as well with the installation of the shutter. He was very careful and considerate of how I felt. I recently bought soft drapery for the windows of my new home from Bumble Bee Blinds, and I am very happy with not only the drapery, but with their customer service. Clark was the representative who came to my house to take measurements and to suggest options for each set of windows. He was efficient, respectful of my budget, and did not rush me to make a decision. Tony was the person who installed the draperies, and he worked hard to get the installation done on my timeline. He was also very efficient and was even able to resolve an issue that came up with the hardware. Soft window treatments are amazingly expensive, so I wanted to be 100% pleased with the whole experience. I would highly recommend Bumble Bee Blinds of Myrtle Beach!

We have a very large patio door that is 16 feet wide and 10 feet tall. We love the daylight the door provides, but privacy became a concern. We were having trouble finding the right shade that gave us the flexibility of having sunlight, and also the privacy. When we contacted Bumblebee Blinds, they came to our home and gave us several options. We selected a vertical fabric product that fits our decor very nicely. We only had one new small window we wanted an interior plantation shutter on to complete a renovation we had done, and to match other plantation shutters we had on windows in other rooms that were there when we moved in. Cheryl happily came out on a Saturday morning to fit our schedule. She measured, showed us samples, and helped us design the perfect window at a fair price that matches perfectly. As soon as our custom shutter came in, Tony came out on a weekend to install it. They did a fantastic job, very clean install, looks great. We are very pleased. Highly recommend. Oh, and when they were finished they even gave us a small container of honey as a thank you, and a cute way to promote their business. TBH, we have not tried the honey yet, but I am sure it is delicious.
