She came to my home, and we spoke for a while to determine what I needed. She took measurements, and it worked. She helped me determine which color matched the ones I already had. Then I met Tony, and he was great as well with the installation of the shutter. He was very careful and considerate of how I felt. We LOVE All of Our Blinds
