She came to my home, and we spoke for a while to determine what I needed. She took measurements, and it worked. She helped me determine which color matched the ones I already had. Then I met Tony, and he was great as well with the installation of the shutter. He was very careful and considerate of how I felt. He and I could not believe how the piece matched other shutters in the room. Thanks to both of them for the process and the final piece. I'm very happy.
