I absolutely love my new blackout blinds!!!!! What a difference! Before, I had regular blinds that barely blocked any light, and now my room is completely dark in the best way possible.
I’m honestly sleeping so much better. It feels so much healthier to rest in true darkness, and I wake up feeling way more refreshed. I didn’t realize how much the light was affecting my sleep until now. First night I woke up at 7, thinking it was still midnight!!!
