I was absolutely blown away by his kindness and the measures he took to ensure I was satisfied with the end product! He generously went above and beyond to help me, and I’m so pleased with the end result. Jeff drove all the way to my home and actually tried to fix my existing window option before even discussing new treatments. I was shocked he even considered that before jumping into a sales pitch. I wanted a really specific set up to ensure blackout shades for my baby’s room. If you’re looking for window treatment, forgo the nationwide window companies and definitely opt for this local Utah company. You’ll be so glad you did.

I LOVED my experience with Bumble Bee Blinds of Utah Valley!!! I first did a chat on their website. They were friendly and set up a call so I could further discuss options. Robert was very courteous and easy to talk to, and we scheduled an in-home consultation. Natalie came in right on time for our appointment, and we had a fantastic time for about an hour talking and looking through the many samples of fabrics she had brought over. I loved several of the selections, and it was so nice to be able to compare it to my walls and furniture to get the right color! She also told me about their motorized options and where to put them in the window to get the best blackout capability. They come with a magnetic mini USB charging cord that you will need another cord to plug in, but the motor is said to go several months without a charge. I went with one of the pricier fabric options, but the total price includes the installation, and she was able to calculate it right there for me. For two large basement windows, it was $1774. I haven't compared it to other companies, so keep that in mind. Natalie told me it would be about 4 weeks to manufacture them. They require about half up front through an online invoice, then you pay the rest upon install. Natalie remained my point of contact while I waited and always responded promptly and kindly. The consult was on Aug 1, the install was on Sept 10. Brecken was my installer, and he was great to work with. He also arrived exactly on time. He worked through an issue with us having no studs in the spot we wanted, and there was a slight issue with the motorized option at first, but he worked through it all, and they look perfect! He was professional, thoughtful about the details, and cleaned up everything at the end. I signed a document and gave him a tip. The entire process was so impressive, and the high quality of the blinds speaks for itself! They are true blackout blinds with a beautiful shimmer and pattern on the wipeable fabric. The remote control makes life so easy. I love and recommend Bumble Bee Blinds!!

Natalie and the Bumble Bee Blinds team were exceptional! Natalie arrived for our initial consultation on time, conducted herself professionally, and walked us through all our options, even bringing along the Graber rep to help with designs. She immediately got to work, taking measurements and guiding us through the process, timelines, and costs. The invoicing for the deposit was handled smoothly that same evening. A couple of days later, the owner, Jeff, came by to install temporary window coverings in our bedrooms and bathrooms, ensuring our privacy while we waited for the order to be completed. Three weeks later, the Bumble Bee Blinds team returned to install the final products. They ensured everything was functioning perfectly and addressed a few minor manufacturing defects by taking photos and submitting warranty claims—completely taking the burden off our shoulders. Overall, I’m thrilled and incredibly satisfied with the outstanding service and experience provided by Bumble Bee Blinds and so thankful for Natalie and her ability to make us feel like family!

Highly recommended! I recently had a great experience with Bumble Bee Blinds. They installed an outdoor shade for my gazebo, and I couldn't be happier with the result. My west-facing gazebo was unusable between 4 PM and 7 PM due to the intense heat, and I was concerned that store-bought shades wouldn't withstand Utah's strong winds and storms. Bumble Bee Blinds quickly put those worries to rest. Their design and engineering team visited my home, took precise measurements, and designed a custom shade tailored to my needs. Although there was a 4-6 week wait, it was well worth it. The installation has resolved all my issues. Now, the gazebo is comfortable even during the hottest part of the day, allowing my kids to play outside, and with the addition of an outdoor fan, I even sometimes use it as a private office. I'm thrilled with the outcome!

Very happy to recommend Bumble Bee Blinds! We just finished having the first half of our home receive new blinds, and the whole process was positive. The consultant they sent to our home was very thoughtful, respectful, and informative. We decided on two different kinds of blinds for this first half of our overall project. We did the wide-blade blinds, and we also did one window that faces a different direction, with the honeycomb-style blind that allows flexibility like blackout and also has the ability to pull open some of the blind very easily. So far this is our favorite blind, especially from a functional standpoint. We’ll be getting more of those for sure. Once the consultant helped us place the order on the first half that we wanted to do, she got them ordered, and it took a few weeks for them to arrive. The installers were quick and clean. Very kind and also respectful. All three employees from this company that came into our home were so good to deal with. I’m recommending this company for all four of these aspects: Their employees are kind and dependable, and I feel they are trustworthy. Their products are GREAT. Pricing was in line with my expectations. Installation was also great. Because there simply wasn’t anything to really be critical of, I can tell they are trying very hard to make things great for us as customers. This is a great company to do business with!

Amazing company and owners. There are so many options and quality products to choose from. I loved that they have blackout and sun shades that you can customize for each window and room. The roller shades are by far my favorite product. I have a west-facing window, so they suggested a blackout roller blind that also helps block the heat in the summer afternoons. Natalie measured each window in my home, so now all I have to do is choose which coverings work best. The only difficult part is choosing from all the options they offer.
