I contacted Bumble Bee Blinds of Denton for a motorized window shade above the front door. Nikita responded in a timely manner. From the moment she arrived the experience was AWESOME! She listened to what we wanted. She showed us the designs they offered while sharing her professional opinion of what looked nice and blended with the decor. She ordered the blind and came back within a week to install the shade. From the moment she arrived on day one, she was personable, professional, patient, and knowledgeable. Nikita was very punctual, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. She listened to my needs and wants and did not try to sell me anything that I did not need or want. She helped me pick out the color of the shades, as that is not exactly my forte. Upon installation, she was there, and the young man doing the installation knew exactly what he was doing. She made sure the blinds were perfect and that they were straight and wanted to make sure that they were exactly what I wanted. I’m thinking about more for the back. I’m not quite sure yet, but if I do decide to get more blinds, I will definitely call Nikita and Bumble Bee. I am extremely happy with everything they did and would highly recommend them to anybody looking for new shades or shutters. I really could not thank her enough.

I am so glad I chose this company. They are a family-run business with excellent, one-on-one customer service. It was a delight to deal with them, and they clearly take pride in their work. They spent a lot of time helping me with my selections, and I couldn't be happier with the results. For my business, I chose White-1% Solar Screen (Open Roll) that is simply elegant. The roller shades are perfect. The installations were seamless. The prices were more than fair and competitive. I can't say enough good stuff about this company!
