Ashlee (Design Consultant) knows her stuff! Very organized, knows the products and the manufacturers. She has samples, photos, up-to-date pricing information. Yes, I placed an order but was not pressured to do so. No photos of my own yet. Four to six weeks until installation, which is an acceptable time frame.
