Matt was awesome. He quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to reset my remote and advised me NOT to buy a new motor as they usually last a long time. He did take the model # in case I do need to replace it eventually. His price was so reasonable that I paid him more than he charged me to make up for the time he spent commuting.
