Matt is polite, precise, and professional. He set the expectations up front with no surprises. The shades arrived as expected. Installation was smooth and perfect. They even removed our old blinds and set them aside in our garage.

He measured every window and provided a fantastic selection of samples to choose from. The installation process was incredibly smooth; it took only about three weeks for the blinds to be ready, and the installation itself took just two hours. The service was top-notch, and knowing the blinds are guaranteed is very reassuring. Matt also offered personalized support—he encouraged us to contact him with any future questions.
