Joseph is a salt-of-the-earth professional. He is extremely knowledgeable of his trade. His patience and expertise are worth choosing and investing in. He’s also helped me find other trusted professionals within his network of connection who’ve helped me transform my home when I was remodeling. When it was time for us to move into a new home, with blinds that Joseph and his team did not install, I accidentally pulled too hard on one of the blinds and popped off the cover piece at the base. I had no idea how to fix it, so I called Joseph. Not only did he find time in his busy schedule to come inspect the issue, but he also fixed what broke within ten minutes, explained to me how to appropriately protect the issue from happening again, and didn’t charge me a dime for his time. Joseph at Bumble Bee Blinds provides a service of genuine care and integrity. I highly recommend!!

We are very happy with the product and service we received from Bumble Bee Blinds. Joseph did a great job helping us select the best color and type of blinds for what we needed in our room (reduce heat but not the light). He also came up with a good way to further secure the blinds, although it wasn't needed in the end. The costs were competitive. He kept us informed of the ordering and shipping progress. The blinds were installed ahead of schedule and it went smoothly. Online payment processing was quick and easy. We would definitely hire them again.
