We had a great experience with Bumble Bee Blinds! Communication was always quick and easy, and the saleswoman we worked with was wonderful. She took the time to explain all of our options and made the entire process simple. The shades were also very affordable compared to other quotes we received from local companies. After installation, we realized we weren’t completely happy with the way one of the shades had been installed. They were very accommodating and came back out to switch it for us, which we really appreciated. Their customer service throughout the entire process was excellent, and they truly made sure we were happy with the final result. We love our new shades and would absolutely recommend Bumble Bee Blinds. We will definitely be using them again for any future window treatments!

When it was time for us to move into a new home, with blinds that Joseph and his team did not install, I accidentally pulled too hard on one of the blinds and popped off the cover piece at the base. I had no idea how to fix it, so I called Joseph. Not only did he find time in his busy schedule to come inspect the issue, but he also fixed what broke within ten minutes, explained to me how to appropriately protect the issue from happening again, and didn’t charge me a dime for his time. Joseph did a great job helping us select the best color and type of blinds for what we needed in our room (reduce heat but not the light). He also came up with a good way to further secure the blinds, although it wasn't needed in the end. The costs were competitive. He kept us informed of the ordering and shipping progress. The blinds were installed ahead of schedule and it went smoothly. Online payment processing was quick and easy. We would definitely hire them again.
