We had customized motorized blinds made for our home and then decided to even add more windows with the same blinds throughout the house, and they look beautiful. We had a couple that needed to be adjusted so they could be charged more easily, and they came right out and fixed them on the spot.

We had a great experience with Bumble Bee Blinds of Northeast Indianapolis from beginning to end. Dena, our design consultant, was absolutely wonderful. She was knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to understand what we were looking for. She helped us choose the right color for the Roman shades and drapes without ever making us feel pressured.
Scheduling was easy, and the communication throughout the process was excellent. We always knew what was happening and when to expect the next step. The installation team was punctual, professional, and did an excellent job. They were careful in our home, made sure everything was installed properly, and cleaned up when they were finished.
We are very happy with the final result and especially appreciate how easy and enjoyable the entire process was. Dena and the whole Bumble Bee Blinds team did a fantastic job. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality window treatments and great customer service!

I don’t usually leave reviews on anything, but I am so happy with the service that I had to leave one. Harsh did a great job showing us all of the blinds selections. He was very informative and seemed like he truly cared about matching the color with the vibe of our house. After we made the selections, he did a great job at communicating with us through the entire process, even after the installation was done by checking to see how it went and what we thought of the blinds. That’s rare to come by nowadays. I have nothing bad to say about this whole process! The blinds look fantastic and the process went smooth, there’s nothing more I could ask for!

Wonderful Experience with Cost, Quality & Delivery
Harsh Pandey was very helpful during in-home consultation, comparing cost with Lowe’s/Home Depot and resolving any problem during or after installation. We got installed a few motorized roller shades and the rest cordless zebra shades. The handyman does installation in a hurry but is helpful if you have any questions. He will set up your remote controller and provide you with a user manual to control shades from a mobile app. You need to spend some time to link your shades with the mobile app which gives you more features like setting bottom limit, timer for morning/night or controlling shades by phone even when out of the house. Overall it was a wonderful experience in terms of cost, quality & delivery.
